TUF, Bellator, Strikeforce, UFC 121, all in one week! What more could you ask for?

Starting tonight at 9:30PM through Saturday night, its going to be MMA heaven! Tonight we have UFC Brocktober: Primetime Lesnar vs Velasquez starting at 9:30PM and TUF at 10:00PM (EST).

Thursday night is Bellator 33, Roger Huerta vs Eddie Alverez! Huerta recently lost a fight to Pat Curran, a fight he was supposed to win with ease but fell short of victory at Bellator 17. But perhaps what he is now better known for, and probably a large part of him getting a title shot tomorrow, is for knocking out former Longhorn Rashad Bobino. When Roger huerta saw an inicint girl get brutely knocked out by the 230 lbs Bobino, he could not stand by and do nothing. Huerta knocked out Bobino with ease, which was considered by most a act of heroism.

Friday, Strikeforce Challengers event will air at 11:00 PM (10:00 PM CST) Bowling vs Voelker. Strikeforce is also known for its female MMA presence and Friday night will be no different, featuring a bout between rising stars Shana Olsen and Julia Budd.

Last but not least, we have UFC 121 Brock Lesnar vs Cain Velasquez for the heavyweight title. UFC 121 will air Saturday night starting at 10:00PM (9:00 CST). The UFC is marketing this fight racially, stating Cain will be the first Mexican in UFC history to hold the heavyweight title. While some say Cain is in no way Mexican due to being born in California not Mexico, his father was born in Mexico and he is clearly of Mexican decent. (1st generation Mexican American) Brock Lesnar was sited saying, "I will drink a carona and eat a burrito for Cain's heritage”, making fun of the racially charged marketing for Cain Velasquez.

Last time we saw Lesnar defend his title he nearly lost due to referee stoppage when Shane Carwin destroyed Lesnar for the entire first round, raining down elbows and hard punches. Lesnar survived the attack, tapping the gassed Carwin out in the second round with a arm triangle. This proved to a lot of fans Brock has the cardio and chin of a true UFC heavyweight champion. But, will it be enough to handle the freakishly insane cardio and hand speed of Can Velasquez? We will all find out come Saturday night when the two colide in the octagon for the UFC Heavyweight title.

Also on that card, Shields vs Kapman, Sanchez vs Thiago, Ortiz vs Hamill, Schaub vs Gonzaga, and many more! Who could ask for more?
